Syrinx Instruments is a sound design studio bridging electronic and acoustic music, sound, and art. Founded in 2016, out of the Bregman Studio and Labs at Dartmouth College, Syrinx Instruments strives to continue New England’s rich history of instrument design. Current projects include the Syrinx Sideband modular acoustic synthesis system, the intermod series of acoustic instrument attachments, and the SUR family of augmented instruments.
